Until recently recalled by UCLA Medical Center to supervise and administer Covid-19 vaccinations, I was a retired nurse teaching part-time as a volunteer Associate Professor at UCLA School of Nursing. As the CEO of Neuroscience Nursing Ltd. and the Operation Scrubs, Inc. nonprofit organization, my new career commitment was to promoting positive nurse image awareness, providing tuition-free continuing nurse education, and advanced nursing education scholarships to working nurses in partnership with the American Heart/Stroke Association Association.
As Executive Director OSi’s Thank a Nurse Team Challenge, my mission objective is to globally recruit a Billion+ nurse-appreciative people to post their on-online “thank you” messages and give the world’s 27+ million unsung hero nurses a priceless memorial gift — this virtual WALL to forever remind them of how much their frontline commitment and sacrifice to battle COVID-19 was recognized and truly appreciated.
